The Cape Mobile App
The Cape app is available to any Admin, Employee or Accountant user in your organisation.
As an Admin user, you’ll have on the go access to:

- All employee transactions and uploaded receipts
- All card management options - activate, freeze or replace your card at any time
- PIN reminders
And, company employees can:
- Track their card balance and available credit
- Upload and attach receipts for company expenses
- Add notes to transactions to provide context to your finance team
- Manage their card - activate, freeze or replace it
- Check their physical card PIN at any time
Plus, you’ll never have to worry about out of policy spending again. With built in spend controls and card limits, we’ll automatically enforce your companys expense policy - empowering your employees to use their corporate cards and reducing the burden of managing reimbursements.
